What are Industrial Continuous Oven?

The GUANDN industrial continuous oven,also known as a continuous process oven or conveyor oven, It uses a conveyor belt to move products through the oven continuously, It is designed for continuous industrial drying, curing, and heat treatment processes, widely used in electronics, hardware, powder coating, automotive parts, PCB and other mass production industries.<br /> <br /> &gt;The conveyor belt system can be integrated with automated production lines for unmanned operation, significantly improving efficiency.<br /> &gt;Temperature range: ambient to 600℃, customizable heating zone length and temperature configuration.

GUANDN Continuous Oven Series
Technical characteristics
1. Structural Design
Furnace structure:Outer wall: 1.5mm cold-rolled steel spray (optional stainless steel), modular design, length can be extended.Inner liner: 1.2mm aluminized steel plate /304 stainless steel, high temperature and corrosion resistance.Insulation layer: 150mm ceramic fiber, heat loss<5%.Delivery system:Mesh belt/chain plate conveying (material: stainless steel 304/310S), temperature 600℃, speed 0.1~2m/min adjustable.
Variable frequency motor drive, high stability, support emergency stop and speed regulation functions.
2. Heating & Temperature Control
Heating method:Electric heating: stainless steel heating tube/infrared heating tube, divided into multiple zones independent temperature control.
Optional gas/steam/thermal oil, hot air circulation heating (need to be customized).Temperature control system:PID intelligent control, multi-temperature zone independent adjustment (temperature difference ±2℃), support 30 segments of programming.
Touch screen man-machine interface, real-time display of temperature curve, fault alarm and other information.
3. Air Circulation System
High temperature centrifugal fan (explosion-proof optional), horizontal/vertical circulation design, adjustable wind speed.
The air duct is optimized to ensure the uniformity of each temperature zone (temperature difference ≤±3℃).
4. Safety & Environmental Protection
Safety protection: overtemperature alarm, conveyor belt deviation detection, motor overload protectionExhaust gas treatment: optional activated carbon adsorption or catalytic combustion device (in line with environmental emission standards).
Additinal configuration
  • Cooling zone:Water/air cooling design, rapid cooling to below 80 ° C

  • Explosion-proof design:in line with Ex d II BT4 standard, suitable for solvent-based coating curing

  • Gas protection:Nitrogen/inert gas atmosphere, oxygen content<100ppm

  • Automatic docking:Linkage with manipulator, AGV or loading and unloading system

  • Data recording:U disk export temperature curve, support MES system connection
